Jerry Temple is an experienced Multi-Engine CFII with considerable experience in all models of twin Cessnas.

Jerry Temple is qualified to serve as Pilot-In-Command (PIC) of most twin Cessnas, under the terms/conditions of the Owner's insurance policy's "Open Pilot Clause".

The Purchaser of a twin Cessna, though perhaps an experienced pilot, will often not be insurance qualified to yet pilot the aircraft they're purchasing.  Perhaps they are a new Multi-Engine pilot with just a few hours of twin time, a pilot with twin experience, but moving up to a first pressurized twin or a very experienced pilot, but still insurance firms will require in model training/dual.

In addition, to dual, the training requirement might include training at Simcom (See Below) or other training firm and a solo requirement.

Jerry Temple Aviation (JTA) will often support the Purchaser of a twin Cessna with delivery support from the inspection facility to the aircraft's new home base.  All time flown with Jerry Temple on these instructional delivery flights can be logged as dual.

And, under certain conditions, JTA will provide additional dual and more in-depth/check-out training.  Such training is normally conducted under a separate Agreement between JTA and the Purchaser.  In certain cases, JTA has been approved by the Purchaser's insurance company to provide training.

JTA can design a Recurrent/Biennial training schedule for twin Cessna owners.  Often a family weekend in Dallas that includes world class shopping, hotels, dining, and sports events combined with Refresher Training/Biennial Review/Instrument Competency, etc. can be customized.

Over the years of piloting many different twin Cessna models and flying with many twin Cessna pilots good procedures and techniques are developed.  And, when conducting transition training safe and effective methods are developed for making the experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible.

Call JTA to discuss.  Flight training by JTA is primarily conducted in support of JTA sales.  Any flight training by JTA is based solely on time availability.

Special Simcom/JTA Training Opportunity

Jerry Temple often attends with new Cessna owners the various twin Cessna model Initial and Recurrent Training Courses.  The twin Cessna courses are conducted at Orlando, FL and Scottsdale, AZ facilities.

Very often the new twin Cessna owner is not yet Insurance Qualified to fly his new Aircraft as Pilot In Command or Solo.  In such cases new twin Cessna owners and Jerry Temple have flown to a Simcom facility directly from the pre-purchase inspection facility.  Jerry and the new twin Cessna owner go through the respective course as "stick-buddies".  Upon completion of the Simcom course the new owner may now be insurance qualified to fly the Aircraft, or may still require additional "Dual" and Delivery Support.  Situations vary and Jerry Temple Aviation (JTA) works with customers to support their needs.

For twin Cessna owners that did not purchase their twin Cessna through the professional services of JTA, or for Buyers soon expecting to purchase a twin Cessna, Jerry Temple is able (approximately two to three times per year) to provide similar "Simcom Training and Delivery Support".  Such service is based upon schedule opportunities and needed training.

Having Jerry Temple as your "stick-buddy" provides the new owner with thirty years of twin Cessna experience plus thousands of hours of flight experience, most of which is in twin Cessnas.

Jerry Temple has in several cases been approved by insurance underwriters to provide twin Cessna Initial and Recurrent Training.  The extra tutoring at breakfast, lunch, etc., plus more than anything else benefiting from Jerry's classroom explanations, comments or stories provides the new twin Cessna Owner with an extra special training experience.

There are only two requirements for Jerry Temple to attend Simcom with a new twin Cessna owner:

First: The customer must not have previously attended Simcom and must not be currently scheduling training with Simcom.

Second:  If delivery support is required, then JTA is reimbursed for all normal business travel expenses associated with supporting the flying of the aircraft to Simcom training and, if needed, a return flight after completing Simcom training.  Such expenses include airline travel and hotel expenses.  There is no mark-up of expenses.

"Delivery Support", is defined as flying the aircraft to Orlando, FL or Phoenix/Scottsdale from a specific location and/or a second flight to fly the aircraft from a Simcom location to the aircraft's new home base or other specific location.

Summary:

For current or soon to be twin Cessna owners interested in attending Simcom training with Jerry Temple as a "training stick-Buddy" and perhaps also providing Simcom associated Delivery Support call Jerry Temple Aviation to discuss Jerry Temple's schedule availability and your training needs.
