Re: Cessna 310 R purchase

Dear Jerry,

I want to thank you for the fantastic support in assisting me in purchasing N78KJ. When I began my search for a twin, some flying friends recommended that I contact you when I decided that a Cessna 310 was the right choice for me. Their recommendation was an excellent choice, and the C310R has proven to be a great airplane.

Throughout the process, you demonstrated the highest ideals of integrity, something very important to me. You provided clear expectations and professional service, and kept all of your commitments to me. The training was also outstanding. It is clear that you have amassed a great deal of knowledge and experience in Cessna Twins, and your attention to detail about the aircraft systems and maintenance issues, along with your many mnemonics and operational guidelines have provided me with a great foundation on which to build my twin engine experience.

This evening, I took my wife Donna and my friend and co-owner of our Cardinal RG, Mike Jones for a first flight in N78KJ. They both were very impressed by the airplane, and I was enjoying sharing some of your training with Mike, who I might add made two very high quality landings on the first try. When I fire up the 310, I have a feeling of accomplishment and personal pride. I also feel that I have joined a special group of pilots that have had the privilege and rush of flying a Cessna 310.

Thanks again for the great support. I hope that in the future when I am ready to move up to a cabin class, pressurized Cessna twin, you will still be there to provide the personal touch and support.
